FIFA 22 Review

FIFA 22 reviewed by Jordan Oloman on Ps 5. Available too on Xbox, PC, Switch, and Stadia.

FIFA 22 heralds generation x of virtual football, even though it does not reinvent the ball, the attacking and protecting game play gains moment-to-moment fluidity. Goalkeeping blunders and visual inconsistencies aside, the 2010 FIFA continues to be probably the most nuanced and enjoyable multi-player sporting activities available on the market, and new additions across Career Mode and Volta Football make FIFA’s major modes more enjoyable to experience. Microtransactions still loom large, but small iterative changes and also the horsepower of recent-gen consoles combine to create FIFA 22 seem like a useful upgrade without requiring anything revolutionary or terribly exciting from EA’s side.
