Sometimes the person you do not notice is easily the most harmful of. Emmy champion Bob Odenkirk (Better Call Saul, Breaking Bad) stars as Hutch Mansell, an undervalued and overlooked father and husband, taking life’s indignities around the face rather than pushing back. A nobody. When two thieves enter his suburban home one evening, Hutch declines to protect themself or his family, wishing to avoid serious violence. His teenage boy, Blake (Gage Munroe, The Shack), is disappointed in him and the wife, Becca (Connie Nielsen, Question Lady), appears to drag only even further away.
The aftermath from the incident strikes a match to Hutch’s lengthy-simmering rage, triggering dormant instincts and propelling him on the brutal path which will surface dark secrets and lethal skills. Inside a barrage of fists, gunfire, and squealing tires, Hutch must save his family from the harmful foe (famous Russian actor Aleksey Serebryakov, Amazon’s McMafia)-and be sure that he’ll not be undervalued like a nobody again.
Nobody is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Ilya Naishuller (Hardcore Henry), from the script by Derek Kolstad, the narrative architect from the John Wick franchise, and co-stars legendary Emmy champion Christopher Lloyd as Hutch’s father and multi-hyphenate music performer-actor RZA as Hutch’s brother, whose own hidden talents aid Hutch in the pursuit of vengeance.
The show is created by Kelly McCormick and David Leitch, the filmmakers of Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, Deadpool 2 and Atomic Blonde, for his or her company 87North, by Braden Aftergood (Hell or High Water, Wind River) for his 80 Two Films, by Bob Odenkirk and Marc Provissiero (Hulu’s PEN15) for Odenkirk Provissiero Entertainment. The show is executive created by Derek Kolstad, Marc S. Fischer, and Tobey Maguire.
