There's Finally a New Splinter Cell Game Coming – IGN Daily Fix

Ubisoft has announced it has greenlit the introduction of a remake of their stealth classic, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell. Announced on Ubisoft’s website, the remake is going to be produced by lead studio Ubisoft Toronto, the developers of Splinter Cell: Blacklist. It will likely be constructed from the floor up while using Snowdrop engine, the tech getting used for that Division games, the approaching Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora game, and Ubisoft’s as-yet-untitled The Exorcist game.
