Venom: Let There Be Carnage Review (2021) Tom Hardy, Woody Harrelson

Reviewed by Francesca Rivera. Let There Be Carnage come in theaters on March. 1.

“Venom: Let There Be Carnage finally pairs Venom and Eddie having a worthy villain inside a story that embraces its weirder side. Andy Serkis directs an enjoyable and action-packed follow up that highlights Venom as their own character featuring Woodsy Harrelson and Naomie Harris as breakout villains with excellent chemistry. Taking itself less seriously and getting more enjoyable, its relatively short runtime comes complete densely with lots of action, character development, and campy humor. Simultaneously, it is a love story about relationships evolving and understanding how to grow and trust one another. Venom like a series is dealing with its growing pains, but it appears as though it’s uphill came from here.”
